Combined Wealth Management, Mortgage Services Location Opens in Sun Prairie

Sun Prairie, WI – March 17, 2023 – Mortgage Services & Wealth Management at UW Credit Union have opened a joint location at 298 South Grand Ave.

The building – with separate spaces for each function – provides a convenient spot for in-person meetings related to both financial planning and mortgage processing.

The new office is adjacent to the UW Credit Union Sun Prairie branch.

“We’re pleased to offer the greater Madison area this new physical location for meeting with our team of experienced wealth advisors and financial consultants,” said Teo Trandafir, associate vice president of wealth management at UW Credit Union. “This new location facilitates better in-person interactions.”

Julio Rios, vice president of mortgage lending at UW Credit Union, said the new space will also be quite beneficial for members seeking mortgage services. “These are big moments in the lives of our members, and having a comfortable, professional space to meet one-on-one helps put them at ease and makes for a positive experience.”
