The Contact Center at UW Credit Union, also called the Member Solutions Center, works directly with more than 1,000 members each day.

Our member solutions specialists provide support, answer questions and troubleshoot concerns. We deliver positive experiences by quickly solving issues over the phone and via email to drive member satisfaction and improve members’ financial well-being.
